This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided by Hope Customs on services, repairs, and custom-built systems.

This policy is provided in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Labour & Workmanship

Hope Customs provides a limited warranty on labour and workmanship for eligible services.

This covers:

  • Faults directly related to build assembly

  • Incorrect installation of hardware carried out by us

  • Issues caused by workmanship errors during repair or build

If a valid workmanship fault occurs within the warranty period, we will repair the issue at no additional labour cost.

3. Warranty Period

Warranty length may vary depending on the service provided and will be confirmed at the time of service.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Custom builds typically include a limited labour warranty period

  • Repairs may include a shorter warranty covering the specific work carried out

Warranty start date begins from the date of collection, delivery, or completion.

4. Hardware Warranty (Third-Party Parts)

Most components used in builds or repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • CPUs

  • GPUs

  • RAM

  • Storage devices

  • Motherboards

  • Power supplies (where applicable)

Manufacturer warranties must be claimed directly with the relevant manufacturer unless otherwise agreed.

5. What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Overheating caused by misuse or poor ventilation

  • Software issues or operating system corruption

  • Viruses or malware

  • Overclocking or unsupported modifications

  • Third-party repairs or alterations

  • Wear and tear over time

6. Customer Responsibility

To maintain warranty validity, customers must:

  • Use the system appropriately and within safe operating conditions

  • Avoid opening or modifying hardware unless authorised

  • Keep proof of service or purchase where possible

  • Report issues within a reasonable time frame

7. Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your system or repair is experiencing a warranty issue:

  1. Contact Hope Customs with a clear description of the issue

  2. Provide any relevant photos, videos, or details

  3. Return the device if requested for inspection

  4. We will assess the issue and confirm whether it is covered under warranty

If covered, we will repair or replace the affected component where appropriate.

8. Limitation Of Warranty

  • Warranty applies only to the original customer and service provided

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Warranty does not extend to unrelated future faults or upgrades

9. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty provided by Hope Customs will be considered void if:

  • The system or device has been opened, modified, or repaired by a third party without prior authorisation

  • Hardware has been removed, replaced, or altered outside of approved upgrades

  • There is evidence of physical damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Overclocking or unsupported software/hardware modifications have been applied

  • Serial numbers, warranty stickers, or identification marks have been removed or tampered with

Any inspection or repair work carried out by Hope Customs may also void warranty coverage on unrelated faults if caused by external interference.
